  1st time there with my daughter, Server was super nice and caring. Appreciated everything. Food was great! Atmosphere was awesome, music playing in the speakers. Enjoyed my time there, thank you.

  My wife and I had a very nice Anniversary dinner. Food was very good and our waitress was very nice

  There were three in our party. Two ordered filet mignons and I ordered a wedge salad and a rack of ribs. First the bad. The service was awful. We had to ask for our salads, ask for drink refills, ask for the butter we requested when we ordered, etc. (There's more, but you get the point). Then the food...the steaks were a poor quality of meat. Lots of grizzle and no flavor. The were also about $10 more expense than their competitors across the street who also had much better service and better meat. Now for the good. The ribs were the best I've had in a very long time, as was my wedge salad. I will return for these two items, but nothing else.

  The food was okay. The server was attentive. The prices were outrageous. But it is what it is. I didn't have to cook so I guess that's why I'm paying for. It will be a while before we go back. We went out for a family member's birthday so it went well.

  I’m actually DONE with this location. Every single time I order from this Outback Steakhouse it’s a problem. Not once, not twice—this is the FOURTH time and somehow it gets worse every time. I ordered an hour before closing, so there is zero excuse for this level of careless, lazy food. My wings were BURNT, wrong flavor, no blue cheese, no celery, and somehow not a single flat in the box. Like… what?? That’s basic stuff. The Alice Springs Chicken didn’t even have honey mustard. That’s literally part of the dish. The steak I ordered medium came basically RAW. Not “a little under”—RAW. Completely unacceptable. And the sweet potato? Yeah, I got the toppings for a sweet potato… but they gave me a regular baked potato. Make it make sense. On top of all that, calling the store is a complete waste of time. No one helps, no one knows what they’re doing, and nothing ever gets fixed. I’ve had a manager apologize before because they messed up so badly, and somehow nothing has changed. At this point, it’s not a mistake—it’s a pattern. This place is wildly inconsistent, careless, and honestly just not worth the money or the frustration. I had to order food from somewhere else after this. Again. At this point, I’m requesting that this be escalated beyond the store level. I would appreciate being contacted by someone in management or corporate to address the repeated quality and service failures at this location.
