  Was waiting in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes told to wait twice. Then when I get to the window I hand the gentleman a $50 bill and he looks at me like I'm stupid. And says oh I'm sorry we can't break big bills like this.

  I had a bad experience with customer service here and because of that will be going to these certain location again people if you don’t like your job go find another one be nice and considerate to your customers come on how hard is it?

  Great roast beef subs. The best of any sub place. Atmosphere is fast food. Can't change that I suppose. Worth a visit.

  After I was incredibly patient (20 minutes) trying to place a $250 catering order with a new associate, the manager got in the phone at the end, hung up on me when I had a question about the side dishes. When I called back, he told me I was ignorant and hung up on me again. He had zero customer service skills and lost a $250 order.
