So a total of 80. They came back to our shop we dump all the fries out to share with everyone.. only to find a dirty ass earring in one of the bags. We called the store, she told us multiple times their person on fryer that night wasn’t wearing earrings.. the best she could do is remake them. No refund, no apology, nothing! It was like she didn’t believe us. I’m sorry but to spend that much money, just to have a contaminated meal due to an earring one of their workers had to of worn previously or they just don’t clean their fryer or where they dump the fries. This was a poorly handled situation. You have abt 8 people that WILL NOT be back at your location. I would like something done about this!!
