- JDJeff DeMarcoJul 19, 20261.0I’m a near every day regular. wanted a burrito with double meat, the employee who took the second half of my order didn’t look up to even ask me what else I wanted, I had to just talk at him while he was staring at my burrito. Then I asked for a side of sour cream, made sure to say it twice so he could hear me. He then made a side of lettuce, poured it on my burrito and then scooped sour cream onto my burrito as well. Mind you my burrito was done already I just needed a side. Didn’t want either of those things on my burrito. While he was doing it I must have loudly alerted him 3 times to stop and he didn’t hear me. They then remade my order and I must have misspoke cause they gave me quadruple meat. I was then charged an extra 10 dollars cause of an employees mistake. They refused a refund, didn’t offer another remake and credited me with the fault. I will not return to this establishment. 15 dollar burrito turned into 26 dollars. Ridiculous.
