  Even when going through a hard time with their grill down and only have 2 people, yes only 2 people. They were very helpful and made me feel special. Overall very nice people and great food! Huge thanks to Cass and Aaron!

  Zero stars. Absolutely awful experience. The food was undercooked, but honestly, their closing employee’s behavior was even more disturbing. While my husband, our children, and I were all standing in line together, one of the female employees was blatantly flirting with my husband right in front of me. She proceeded to ask him if his food was the only food in the order, despite the fact that I was standing there and had already made it clear that we were ordering together. The way she behaved was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after the obvious flirting, her attitude toward me was extremely rude. The entire interaction was absurd and disgusting. I have never felt so uncomfortable or disrespected by an employee at a restaurant, especially while simply trying to get food with my family and children. On top of the horrible customer service, the food itself was undercooked. So not only did we leave with an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience, but the food we paid for was not even properly prepared. Employees should know how to act professionally, especially when customers are standing right in front of them with their spouses and children. This was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that management address both the food quality and the behavior of their staff.

  I’m a near every day regular. wanted a burrito with double meat, the employee who took the second half of my order didn’t look up to even ask me what else I wanted, I had to just talk at him while he was staring at my burrito. Then I asked for a side of sour cream, made sure to say it twice so he could hear me. He then made a side of lettuce, poured it on my burrito and then scooped sour cream onto my burrito as well. Mind you my burrito was done already I just needed a side. Didn’t want either of those things on my burrito. While he was doing it I must have loudly alerted him 3 times to stop and he didn’t hear me. They then remade my order and I must have misspoke cause they gave me quadruple meat. I was then charged an extra 10 dollars cause of an employees mistake. They refused a refund, didn’t offer another remake and credited me with the fault. I will not return to this establishment. 15 dollar burrito turned into 26 dollars. Ridiculous.
