  It took 15 minutes from when we ordered to get our food. When they gave me the food they said they had no apple pie and asked if I wanted strawberry. Why am I able to order it if they don’t have it. Obviously a communication error with the service team to the grill team. I asked for a refund, took 10 minutes to get the refund. Then the manager said my total was 1.59 and that they don’t have pennies so then she gave me 1.55? A manager doesn’t know how to round properly? Every time I’ve visited this McDonald’s during dinner it’s always slow.

  We stopped here to get an early lunch employees are all friendly and helpful. The time that we stopped was 1030 am so they were just switching over to lunch. We ordered our food and left, our fries were not good I don’t know what happened. They were a little greasy. They made both my wife and I a bit sick. But everything else was was pretty good. I’d call it a one time event, we have been here before with no problems.

  Ordered food on the Mcdonalds app and went through the drive thru to pick up. They had me "pull ahead" and said they would bring my food out. They never did. So I went inside to inquire about it. Was assured it would be out shortly. It was not. I went back inside to find a long line of angry customers and nobody helping. In total I waited about 45 minutes before I cut my losses and left without my food. Still paid for it though and getting a refund seems unlikely. I've contacted corporate and the local franchise owners about a refund.

  Food was okay, but we brought 5 meals and they forgot all 5 fries and 1 box of nuggets from our order. My kid orderd a shamrock shake and they brought out a strawberry shake. Workers were very disorganized and they looked completely lost. While we were there multiple people were also frustrated with the service. 1 star do not recommend.
