  I usually never have an issue with this one unless it’s the drive thru late at night, went there tonight at 11pm because they were still supposedly open. I was the only car in the drive thru and waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, no one did, so I pulled around to the window to see if anyone was working and it was absolutely empty inside. Just upset that I wasted gas for nothing. If maps and google both say you’re open until 12, please either update the hours if they’re inaccurate or don’t close an HOUR early.

  I did a curbside pick up in spot four I got the double cheeseburger six dollar bag nuggets and a large root beer and then McChicken five dollar bag with nuggets and a root beer barbecue sauce with both of the meals I should’ve checked my food but I literally asked the person that brought it out if all the sauces and the straws and everything in there he assured me it was and he seemed confident so I didn’t look that’s on me I guess, but I called up there And Told the lady that one of the chicken nuggets was missing and there was no sauces in the bag and the lady was super rude I couldn’t even hear what she said after I told her what happened and then she just hung up And then when I tried to call back to ask what she said cause I could not hear her at all they wouldn’t answervery poor Customer Service!!

  Consistently ignored by staff every time I come in to pick up a order waiting over 5+min when there is staff walking back and forth from the counter to the back

  The worst! Got all the way back to the hotel and they didn't put 2 of our McChickens in the bag so all we had were the fries and a 6 piece chicken nugget to share amongst 3 people. It really sucks when you pay for things and don't receive them. The girl at the second window had terrible customer service skills, no smile, said nothing and when asked for an extra sauce cup, she acted like it was the end of the world. Slightly annoyed with this trip/location. Recommend checking your food before you leave.

  Was charged for an extra coffee, no big deal I was in a hurry. Got on the road before I noticed they gave me the completely wrong order. Ended up paying $9 for a single egg mcmuffin. Been going here for years because it is on my way to work. The past year the service has not gone down hill, it fell off a cliff. To the owner - don't bother with any bs excuses in a reply unless you want to refund my order.
