    Freaky slow. Store empty, Manager Brian is sitting on an iPad while he leaves one trainee to struggle, he barely knows how to take my and another guys order and then has to make both sandwiches himself. Took over 15 min to get one sandwhich.

    I will not be returning and highly advise anyone else to avoid this place. I used to get Jimmy John’s at least once a month for years. Today I ordered a BLT and chips. The chips were forgotten which was annoying but humans make mistakes. After a few bites the sandwich tasted like CHEMICALS. It was awful. Maybe the lettuce and tomatoes weren’t washed properly? But I’ve never had food that tasted so much like bitter chemicals.

    Wish I could give this location zero stars. I order catering from this location multiple times yearly for our corporate events. During my ordering phone call, I specifically said it was for 30 people and asked for large portions of potato salad and pesto salad. I was told I would receive a large bowl of each including serving spoons. Perfect! I ordered $400 worth of food, including for the 2 large bowls of salad. When it was dropped off, I received 6 small individual containers of each type of salad. I called to see if they could return with more servings knowingly I had 30 people to serve and now can only serve less than half of them a side. What I am assuming was the manager, stated she wasnt able to give me $50 worth of sides, even though it was THEIR mistake. No phone call before delivery, knowing what I had ordered and knowing I was serving 30 people. The lady was extremely rude and did not try to make it right whatsoever. I made it clear that if she could not make this right, as we spend alot of money with them yearly, that we will not be using their services anymore. She said that was fine. So I truly hope that Jimmy Johns corporate knows and understands that your "manager" running a location is willing to lose the store thousands of dollars worth of business yearly over $50 worth of pesto and potato salad. Our corporate company is in the customer service industry and this would NEVER be the case for one of our customers. If its our mistake, we fix it and make it right because we want our customers to keep coming back. Looks like Jersey Mikes across the street will be getting our catering orders moving forward.
