I show up to pick it up and the shift manager who wouldn’t share her name says ma’am give us a second in a rude and disrespectful way. Sarah on the other hand was polite and tried to help but the shift manager started arguing with me. I ask for a store managers number and they say they don’t have one. Never going back to this location. It’s a shame that they put someone incompetent as the shift manager who argues and disrespects customers. This incident happened on May 12th at 7:45 am.

They stay soft and chewy after toasting. Get there early for a wider selection, but don't forget about plain.

After i had already ordered the lady behind her, who i'm assuming is a manager, and the lady next to her began berating her telling her we can't get them toasted. It felt so cruel to be yelling at this older lady. put a total bad taste in my mouth.

The only thing that bothered me was I was left standing at the counter three employees up front no greeting or acknowledging I was there, just keep walking past me. After standing there for 5 mins one of the employees asked someone to take my order. That was my first time there. That was not very welcoming. I will give it another try, because I really did enjoy the bagels.
