    Wouldn’t order from here again if my life depended on it. The management staff is highly incompetent. Service is horrendous. I placed multiple orders for a local swim team. The first order, there were issues collecting payment on their end. Several phone calls and talks with management, and it was all eventually sorted. Second order, they messed up the order. Delivered a staggered order, in reverse. Delivering small order first, then taking additional time (over an hour) to deliver larger order, after having 3 weeks notice on order. Left customers waiting and waiting for pizza. The final order was the biggest nightmare. I called 5 times over a week and a half period trying to place an order. Each time, like the first order, I was told there was a “Payment Processing Error”. I tried 3 different CC, was frequently put on hold up to 30 minutes each time, left my number for management, management refused to return my calls. I called my CC company to see if there was an issue and they informed me that a payment was never even attempted. I’m about to give up, but call a few days out from the order date, and they tell me, they will place the order, and collect payment later. Finally. Even offer to give me free soda for my trouble or pizza. Which they didn’t, by the way. The day of the delivery, they call, to collect payment, and act shocked that no one has collected payment. Like, for real. I’ve only been trying for a week and half to simply order pizza from a pizza place. Well, they collect payment and deliver the first of 2 orders. I’m even able to add a tip for the delivery driver, after payment was collected. (This is shocking because they “don’t keep cc info on file” and won’t use it for future orders.) When time comes for the second order it doesn’t show. I wait a bit. Then call. I am informedby Katy, that the second order was NOT made because payment wasn’t collected, then I’m put on hold. When Katy returns, she informs me she called me multiple times. It’s very loud at a swim meet, so I missed the calls. She then informs me that they made part of the order at 5, and I could have that delivered. I question her, as she just told me the order wasn’t made? And I’m wondering how much longer it will take to be delivered as we are out of pizza. I also inquire as to why for the love of all that is holy, she didn’t collect payment for the ENTIRE order when she finally decided to give me call. SMH. Her response. Put me on hold. So I’ve been on the phone with her for maybe 10-15 minutes and not once has she even attempted to take payment for the order that was either made 2 hours early, or not made at all, which we were waiting on. I believe she placed me on hold 3-4 times, I think just for kicks. Never once asking for payment info. The incompetence was astounding. I hung up and ordered from the Loveland location. They were very nice and timely and knew how to take payment for pizza orders.

    So tonight I ordered pizza and the driver is flying through the parking lot and does not call my phone now the store is closed and they will not answer I'm yelling at him as he drives by me and acts like he don't hear me after they said my card declined which was a lie then they said they couldn't give me the deal online the $20 they just didn't want to deliver to me because they were being lazy I am super pissed right now and tomorrow I am calling the manager and everybody else

    I have been ordering from this branch of dominos for quite a while now. This is the second time that a similar mistake happened. I ordered a car side pick up first of all, no one came for a few mins so I had to go in myself. The lady was nice. After coming home when I opened my pizza, to my horror it was a completely different order and had meat on it when I ordered a veggie pizza and being a vegetarian by diet too!! I called the store and the lady was very understanding (the same who handed me the pizza in the store). She asked me if I wanted a credit for my pizza or remake the pizza again. I asked to remake and get it delivered as I could not go back to pick up. My pizza arrived and again to my SHOCK and HORROR there was apiece of meat AGAIN on my pizza!!!! I am highly disappointed with this experience. Being a vegetarian, these kind of mistakes are inexcusable. And this has happened before too a few months ago but I let it go as I know mistakes can happen, but repeatedly is not an excuse anymore. The one star is only for the old lady.

    First time ever ordering a handmade pan from dominos. We don’t always get dominos as we prefer Dewey’s or other chains. However we like their thin crust. During a deal a few days ago I decided to try the pan pizza. I had to order from this location as the nearest one was having issues. Long story short the pizza was undercooked. This was our first time trying and will be our last. Wasn’t worth the 30 minute round trip of getting another.
