  Skip this location and eat somewhere else. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

  First time stopping here as I was traveling through. It was disgusting, food was all over the line prep, and floor. There was guacamole in the cheese and sour cream. The trash cans were overflowing and there were no napkins or plastic ware. The girl who was at the register was very friendly.

  This is, without question, the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. I'd genuinely rather take a nail through my foot than eat here again. The moment you walk in, you're made to feel like an inconvenience. The staff consistently acts annoyed that customers are ordering food, and the service reflects it. Every visit seems to come with missing ingredients, sloppy preparation, and an attitude to match. The cleanliness is unacceptable. The prep line is almost never wiped down, and when it is, it looks like ingredients are simply smeared or pushed into neighboring containers instead of being properly cleaned. Cross-contamination appears to be the norm rather than the exception. On my most recent visit, I ordered the red hot salsa and ended up with chunks of meat floating in it because the serving area was so poorly maintained. That's not just unappetizing—it's a basic food handling failure that should never happen. This location desperately needs competent management. If the owner or district manager hasn't visited recently, they should. The lack of cleanliness, poor food handling, and consistently unprofessional customer service make it clear that standards either aren't being enforced or simply don't exist. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other Chipotle. Leaving as a two star so the owners aren't able to take down this review. I suggest others do the same

  I work near the blue ash location on reed Hartman. This was the worse experience I have ever had at Chipotle. I never get rice but I love the fajitas. I had to ask for additional fajitas 3 time and each time he gave me a few that covered only the tip of the tongs. The funny thing was that they could barely close the container of the Caucasian guy in front of me. As I stated to the server, I should not have to beg for food I'm paying for. I always get irritated when things are not EQUAL!!!

  This is a beautiful Chipotle! It was so clean and spacious. I wish our Michigan Chipotle restaurants were this nice. The workers were very nice, and my barbacoa beef bowl was so delicious! The beef was super tender.
