  Workers are not very friendly , line is always out the door ,slow movement , food is never fresh always old , very dirty tables, has food all over the bar as they proceed to make bowls and tacos , a Manager needs to step in to resolve this issue and take charge

  Just sharing as a fair warning that this Chipotle was over 40 minutes late on my order. You cannot refund in person, and there is no easy way to do so on the app. I had to get customer service on the phone to issue refund. There is some kind of issue with this location, because I heard from others that they had similar experience here. Will not return.

  People in prison ordering food get treated with more kindness and respect than in this specific location. I don’t know what’s so hard about having a positive cheerful demeanour or saying the word thanks or have a nice day. I already avoid coming to this location for lunch enough, but I guess they don’t care! They don’t care. This place proves to me time and time again they don’t care. Hundreds of people come to eat there almost daily and I bet you none of the staff care about the people who are loyal to them. It’s like they think they’re the only place to eat. Lots of restaurants at least acknowledge that I visit them often or attempt light conversation. I’m not even asking for lower prices or better food. Being nice and polite is literally the easiest thing my goodness.

  Never order delivery from this location. This is 2 separate occasions from this location. The first pics are from yesterday they didn’t fill the bowl up honestly I was afraid and didn’t let my daughter consume it. Looks like it was tampered with. The other pic was last week. The chicken was so burned and I literally got 6 pieces of protein and ended up in the ER with food poisoning. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. The manager was not accommodating at all. Chipotle will be paying for my ER visit due to food poisoning I got from eating that garbage. This location needs new management.

  So good four times in a row that felt I had to write a review! For a while, I was nicknaming Chipotle “Chipot-luck”. Obviously, not derived from the traditional use of the term “potluck”, but it’s because for a long time you were “lucky” to get a bowl or burrito whose ingredients were properly cooked, seasoned, and portioned. But this location has defied that disappointing stigma, and has been consistently producing the flavorful and filling dishes that Chipotle originally became famous for!
