  Ordered DoorDash. My order is so simple. White rice, black beans, sour cream and extra cheese. I never select guacamole even though it’s a veggie bowl. This is what I received tonight. No rice, all black beans and covered in guacamole. I tried removing the guacamole and mixing what was left and nasty. Just beans. Tried getting a credit through DoorDash but came back as no reason found to compensate. What a waste of money.

  There are not many chipotles that I have been to that are more gross than this. The service area literally full of condiments and scraps. Stuff ALL OVER THE FLOOR. Trash full. People on their phones. I am here to simply let the person operating this place know that their operation really needs work. From one business person to another.

  Ordered carry out ... the guacamole was missing from both bowls... I tried to call restaurant directly but had to go through AI loop to eventually get to a person and after much questioning a refund for the omission .... not the best carry out or customer service experience to say the least

  I ordered on the app so i could grab it quick for lunch should of been ready by 1250p. The app said it was ready on the shelf it was not i got there at 105p so I got in line and asked to cancel the order but they opted to make it right then. My order online was extra rice and veggies. They were in such a rush they gave the bare minimum. Next time ill just wait n go to chickfala. Horrible experience and I was late back to work from lunch hungry cuz there was no time to eat it.

  Used to order ahead and pickup or eat in this chipotle about once a week. 3 out of 4 of my last orders weren’t there when I went to get them (assume they were taken by someone else) and had to wait until they were remade. Today I showed up and there are about 25 people waiting for their orders… and there resdingodf names as there ready. I’m now -5 Monday my pickup time. unacceptable! Stop taking orders if you can’t handle the volume.
