  pizza was nearly raw it’s impossible for them to follow simple directions i use to work at donatos so i know customers can be difficult but no they suck and if you shake their heads you hear rocks, I asked for well done everything then an hour and a half later i call and ask where my order is it hasn’t been delivered he says oh sorry i accidentally put it in for pickup??? the pizza literally made me wanna vomit literally seemed like it went in the oven for 3 mins like it’s not that hard to follow simple directions like at all

  Isaac took great care of us. We had an issue with an order, and he made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to make things right.

  Was told 15 minutes on the phone, and I arrived 20 minutes later. After waiting 7 minutes for other customers, I was told 5 more minutes. After waiting 13 more minutes, order was actually ready.

  Run out of dough and don’t tell customers until they arrive to pick up their order. WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES OF HUMANS.

  They are consistent with one thing, not getting you what you paid for, every time I’ve ordered from them I end up missing at least 1 item
