    Me and a group of my friends came in at 730ish on October the 11th. We ordered, sat down, ate our food and as we were getting ready to leave a female worker was doing prep (slicing salami). We saw her pick up her phone and go on it for a second, take a drink of something, and also pouring candy in her hand (with the same gloves on!!) and she proceeded to put the candy in her mouth and her lips touched the gloves, then she went back to prepping with the same gloves on!! How disgusting.. we will not be back.

    Was a loyal customer until the store would not issue a credit for missing items. "Store policy" is, admittedly by their manager "we will not issue a credit no matter what happens on our end". Ordered delivery thru their app. Some of the food was missing. I called in and the manager refused to re-deliver the missing items or issue a credit. Only offered a store credit. This is pure theft. He went on and on that he cannot under any circumstances issue a refund for any reason. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be disputing partial payment with chase on principal. You cannot charge for something you forgot to deliver, refuse to redeliver and not offer money back.

    When I had questions about whether I was in/out of the store’s delivery range in Bexley, the same employee hung up on me twice, raised his voice, refused to let me speak to the manager, refused to give me his name, threatened me, and more. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and have never seen such poor performance. UPDATE: The store owner and General Manager both spoke with me about the situation, apologized, and assured me that proper correctional measures are being taken. I trust them to do the right thing.
