  I love Chipotle and I eat it a lot! But I'm sick and tired of their spaghetti looking fajitas that are cooked way too long!!!!! The corporation needs to let him cook them for only like 2 minutes they need to be crunchy and nutrients still be in them. But they taste like nasty spaghetti the onions and peppers are like spaghetti and they cook them way too long and a lot of people told me they don't like it at all CALL THE CORPORATION TELL THE CORPORATION TO MAKE 2 MINUTES ONLY FOR THE FAJITAS OTHER NAME YOU GUYS I'LL NEVER COME BACK

  Never coming back, at least to this location. Waited in line 20 minutes (with only half a dozen people in front of me) just to order and find out they were out of multiple things I wanted. Everything was super messy, food all over the counter. It took three people to roll a burrito for a customer in front of me. Had to stand at the register and wait for someone to check me out -- there were three employees standing there and one was getting people mobile orders and two were just standing around while the line behind me kept getting longer. Took half an hour to get food to go, and it wasn't even that busy (3:30pm). I work in food service and usually have sympathy for restaurant workers but nobody seemed to have any sense of urgency. Rice was undercooked and crunchy. I found chunks of chicken in my sofritas. There was cheese that I didn't order (I'm lactose intolerant) and a very hard chunk of tomato stem in my bowl. Food was super bland. Chipotle used to be awesome but it's really gone downhill.

  I have never once written a review in my entire life. This had to have been the worst experience at chipotle I have ever had. Not only did I have to wait 45 mins at chipotle after the scheduled pickup time on the app, but when I got my food it was nearly inedible and did not even slightly resemble tacos. I’ve read a bunch on the other reviews and this seems to be a common theme at this location. This chipotle definitely needs new management and to go through a whole new training course.

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with food service personnel. The employee at the front wouldn’t have my sauces put on the side; I had to ask a different associate to do that for me. My food was promised at 1:30 per the app and at 1:50 my app said order receive and it wasn’t even being prepared yet. When I asked for a time estimate the employee at the front said no I just bag chips. I then asked him to grab someone who would be able to help me and he said no I can’t do that I just bag chips. Then I asked for a manager who he went to grab then came back and said the manager will be out when he can. The manager never came. I asked for the managers name and he kept saying he doesn’t know his managers name and that he has to bag chips. I had to contact customer support for a refund; thankfully they were able to give me my birthday reward and money back. Absolutely ridiculous! I came on my lunch break wasted my hour and went back to work hungry. This not only impacted me and multiple other customers, including a young mother and kiddos and my new friend Bibk.

  Terrible service. Every time you come here, the staff has a horrible attitude. They always look annoyed, like you owe them something or like they’re doing you a favor by serving you. Zero friendliness, zero customer service, and absolutely no effort to make paying customers feel welcome. The cleanliness is also very questionable. The cooks in the back are cutting and preparing chicken while talking directly over the food. That is extremely unhygienic and unprofessional, especially when you can clearly see it happening. On top of that, they never seem to have anything available. Something is always “out,” or they simply tell you they don’t have it. At this point, it honestly feels like they just don’t want to cook or prepare certain items. What makes it worse is that they’re supposed to be open until 11:00 PM, yet long before closing time they already act like they’re done serving food. The overall attitude makes you feel like you’re bothering them just by walking in and ordering. There’s no effort to solve a problem, no alternatives offered when something isn’t available, and no sense of urgency or appreciation for the customer. A restaurant can have good food, but when the service is this bad, the cleanliness makes you question how the food is being handled, and the employees act like customers are an inconvenience, it completely ruins the experience. Customer service, cleanliness, food availability, professionalism, and especially the staff’s attitude all need serious improvement. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when you’re spending your money here.
