- JNJeff NMay 12, 20261.0This was the 3rd time in the past 2 months that I've been where they are out of food. This time, they had no rice, no pico, no corn, no green sauce at 8:50PM. The time, before, around 10:15, they had all food service lines torn down, with a couple of tins on the counter behind the line. Horrible attitudes, dining room trashed, no forks or napkins. This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to.

Owners of the establishment - 0/10 tell me why when I'm trying to order a full sized quesadilla in person I get told that I have to order it through the app because they can't just walk back and use the machine to heat it up for me. Like what if I only had cash? What if I didn't have their app? I'm just SOL? Absolutely ridiculous that an employee cannot make a menu item in person for a guest when they have the capability to do so.

No one was working register despite a line of 4 people in front of me for PICK UP and 2 behind me. The line for ordering was almost out the door. The people working wouldn't look at us or acknowledge us and this isn't the first time this has happened. I won't be wasting my time ordering here again. - Also always dirty - Trash always full - Tables never clean
