    The lady working the drive through was very nice, but a little upset after spending $35 for dinner, I get home and all the tortillas are rock hard. Don’t sell an item if you don’t have edible product. Stiff as a rock I would’ve rather substituted it for something else. Would like a refund!

    Not a very clean looking place. The service does not look happy. They talk so loud about other people you can hear them in the bathrooms. Not good. Those apple dessert things were hard as rocks.

    Manager was extremely rude and poor tempered, was extremely disrespectful all because she couldn't understand me over the speaker. She then proceeded to hand hadeling our order over to a much younger staff member with a way better personality and attitude. Also sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for 2 meals with only 2 people inside and being the first ones in the drive thru.

    I generally like this particular Arby’s. I made a mobile order and went through the drive through to pick it up. My critique is about the sandwich. My wife and I got the same thing, it’s a new French Dip Royal. My sandwich which cut in the middle for two half’s, the majority of the meat was in one end, that really isn’t such a big deal. The sandwich was really flavorless and the bread was soggy. The dip helped the sandwich but this not something I would get again. My wife didn’t care for the dip and her bread was soggy as well. The service was quick, but the young man running the window had no idea what we had until a young lady came walking over with our food. I decided to have my wife check our order and she discovered there was no Au Jus, it was sitting in a bag where the guy was standing. Bottom line is I like most food here and their service generally ok. This time this new sandwich was MEH.
