  Ignored me at the counter for 20 minutes and served multiple people that came in and ordered after me. Rude staff except for the gentleman that finally stopped making food to come help me.

  This place needs some work. Especially going through the drive through. Very rude workers and it doesn't seem they clean their grill enough.

  Slow and food is wrong 90% of the time. Also hard to believe that the fryers are down three weeks in a row past 10 pm. Sounds like they just don’t want to shut them off and clean them when they’re supposed to

  Service is atrocious. Rude staff and id say that’s probably do to management. Food was made terribly. Don’t order pintos and cheese because all you get is a table spoon of beens and hot sauce soup and no cheese. Hard tacos smashed to hell. Not made with love that’s for sure. Place needs a new staff badly.

  Took 40 minutes in the drive thru to get the wrong order after spending 50 dollars. We didn’t get anything we ordered but took the bag and left quickly because of how long we were waiting. We should have checked the bag like everyone else was doing ahead of us while sitting there. Horrible service and the worst Taco Bell in the cleveland area.
