  i can literally make my own tacos and burritos faster than they do. When did fast food become when we're ready food? i sat in the drive through for almost 30 legitimate mins. no i am not assumeing, i watched as the time went from 9:40 to 10:20+. Even when i use to dash for Door Dash I would skip these orders because i knew it would take 20+ mins.

  I should have looked at the reviews prior to ordering , my fault ! For not looking at the current reviews ,but gave them a benefit of the doubt , pulled up to the speaker at 4 30 maybe or right before , placed my order and accepted before 4 or right at the time and business hours are till 5am , waited 5 min at the speaker and then I said hello, I said I’m waiting for my order, they said food is put away , I said that’s not honoring the business hours , pure excuses , anyone that wants food from here better come in at midnight and hope and pray they can make the order , worst Taco Bell ever and I wanted to speak to a manager to cancel my order and said we can’t cancel it you have to go on the third party app , I’m like this is 1st party I’m on your app directly , and said again that’s 3rd party, worst service no service literally , making excuses! Whoever the franchisee here is trash and the managers just so u know, it all comes down from the owner and to management! might as well close that store permanently to get a team that works -0 of 0 forget this store- get some real Mexican food if anything next time if your close to this store - I’ll save your time so you can be happy !

  I have walked in these doors over a dozen times and left 20 to 30 minutes later with no orders. This is the slowest establishment I have ever been to. No one is even here and ive been waiting 15 minutes so far for an ubereats order.

  Yall fr gave me a parasite, was in the ER all night in severe pain trying to figure out what happened. Turns out the taco bell I ate the night before wasn’t good. Watch out on this taco bell yall cause not only is the service horrible but now this. My friends dad also got food poisoning from here.
