  0 stars. You won't get the right order. Or sometimes won't receive your order at all. And they will say it's door dashes fault when it's literally hidden on a shelf behind the counter. It never left. When you attempt to call the store it directs you to a customer call center. The call center literally can't do anything except attempt to contact the store. If the store doesn't pick up, then they tell you to try again later. And then after trying 3 times when you try to escalate to talk to someone else, they hang up on you. So then you send an email because the only other way to contact corporate, even though they give you corporates. Number is an email and the email bounces. Back 3 days later saying we'll contact you via the store manager within 3 business days. Three weeks goes by no contact and no response to my email. And then the second time I ordered, because I said, I wouldn't give them a chance and I did anyways, my order never arrived. And when I went through the same process again, I ended up just going up to the store and talking to the manager who said he could have me. Wait an additional 20 minutes. It had already been 90 minutes since my order was supposed to be delivered that I ordered 4 hours in advance. So that we would be delivered when I got home. But I was home before it should have been delivered, and then tells me there's nothing he can do. Unless I wanna wait or he can remake it again. But at this point, pizza hut has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will never go there again. And I go. Well, what about my order? The manager was supposed to contact me no one ever has. Corporate never has. Can I get a refund for that order? And you can't, unless it's within three business days. So basically contacting corporate, put you on a three day hold, which makes it so they can't refund you. So now i'm out over a hundred dollars worth of money and food and have ruined pizza movie night with my children. Twice because of pizza hut, never again will I? Eat here and all of my friends and family. Know of my experience and they will no longer use this location or any pizza hut from here on out. Unless you have money to throw around in this economy to hopefully order a pizza. And you have a 50/50 shot of actually getting your dinner. And then another 50/50 shot of getting it correct

  The best sauce crispy crust. We thought it was a full service Pizza Hut. But they did there best to make us happy.

  I placed an order for 3 pizzas, 1 order of wings and breadsticks. I did not get the wings. I called the number on the receipt hoping to get the store. Instead it’s was a call center who had to route me to the store. I waited on hold an hour and never got through! We tried calling from different phones just to get through!! No answer at all!! We had company and don’t want to waste the evening waiting on hold so we hung up. I tried to call again the next day and it was the same thing! Still unable to get through! I will now physically go to the store to try to get my money back. Why doesn’t it connect directly to the store?! Pizza Hut, your customer service is horrible!! Routing your customer to a call center in India to be put through to store in your city is ridiculous!
