  Shaun at the drive through has no clue..and wondering why he is working at McDonald's at his age..he is very aggressive and argumentative and trys to talk to customers on his level instead of trying to understand what the customer needs.....so sad

  Moves slower than Molasses in summer. I can in at 8 pm, not during the berea rushes, and it still took them forever to get my order out. I worked fast food in college, I understand stuff happens. But when I say I watched them move at a snail pace when there was no one in the drive through and only two other people than me in the lobby I mean that. I worked at Chick-fil-A as back house. I know what it’s like to make sandwiches during a rush. This was not at ALL skinned to that. It was slow because the workers were lazy and slow

  Worst experience ever… placed a mobile order and “they didn’t have it” but then they did, and when spoke to manager just walked away and didn’t even care to help with the situation… and then a employee came to work with a whole baby and said “the baby will stay in the office” and another employee on the clock continued to hide in the back and play with the baby too. No one seems to care at this location or have any common sense. Worst location to go to!

  Worst McDonald's in northeast ohio maybe the country 9 out of 10 times your order is messed up even when you tell them at the window half the time they can't get it right apparently they can't add to what's in the bag need to hireķ people that can adapt and think just make sure before you pull away take the time to check your order chances are it's not right

  I will not go in as they force you, by ignoring you, to the kiosks. I went to drive-through for a sausage mcmuffin. the bun was not toasted at all so the taste and texture were inedible to me and I ended up throwing it away. This was not the first time this has happened and I have called the manager on previous occasions, apparently I was ignored. With all of their bun products I see it as vital to get this right. A non-toasted breakfast bun and a non steamed burger bun make the food inedible to me.
