You have 1 person on the main line, 1 doing prep and 1 doing online orders with a line full of people. Hire more employees to even out the work or keep getting negative reviews. I figured I'd make the best of it and got my bowl of lettuce and the girl behind the register told me my total was $200????? I said no way and walked right back out the door! Horrible experience except for the fact I literally made all of that up. Probably the best chipotle I've ever eaten. Place was clean and staff was super friendly, like, one of the most friendly fast food staff I've ever seen. Keep up the good work you guys
