  recently did a drive through mobile pick up order. the lady working the window was so rude for absolutely no reason. so much attitude for what? the bowl we received was not even halfway full to the brim and was ice cold. also my fountain drink was around halfway full. this has to be the worst location i have ever visited

  Worst Chipotle, ever, every time you go in there, they're always out of food items and its constantly. And it doesn't matter what time of day it is. And the the place is always a discussing mess food all over the place behind the counter and on the floor

  My mom picked up an order for the family tonight so we didn't have to cook. I got 3 steak cups. First one burnt, dry as a bone. 2nd and 3rd looked like raw meat cooked in a microwave for 30 seconds. No sear, no seasoning, no marinade. Just terrible. Your cook should be ashamed of putting this kind of food out seriously. Guess im cooking tonight at 9pm. Ill be there tomorrow for a refund.

  Strange and frustrating experience - ordered in person and asked for a bag of chips, the employees told us that they were out, despite us looking at a massive tub full of them. We were confused by this and asked for clarification, and they told us that those chips were for online orders… we said alright, paid for our food without them and immediately ordered them online, which we were able to do successfully. We had to then wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for our order to be ready, despite them having literal pounds of them in a container on hand. I let the employees know that this is an insane process considering we were in store in person wanting to pay for them and she told us they were all explicitly for online orders, once I made sure she understood my online order did not exist at all at the time of my in person visit she changed the reason and said “we can’t tell people online and mobile ordering we’re out of chips” - we asked why and she just said she doesn’t know. Not sure if this is Chipotle’s practice but it truly just felt like an overall lack of common sense and customer service.

  Awful. Stopped in today before 7:30pm & there was a small line (maybe 6-7 people in front of me). They were incredibly slow because no one knew what they were doing so it took over 30 minutes to get food. The rudeness of the workers (literally throwing containers & utensils around) was absolutely off putting. Ordered 2 bowls with barely any chicken put on them, out of basically all ingredients, & they were too busy serving their awful attitudes vs doing their jobs. Do yourself a favor & visit the other chipotle on bagley rd.
