  I had a very concerning experience at the Belpre McDonald’s today. After being told to park and wait, I watched an employee bring a bag and 2 Happy Meals to another vehicle first. The customer opened the Happy Meal boxes, looked through them, and handed one of the boxes back to the employee. A few seconds after that employee went back inside, another employee came out and brought me my order — including 2 Happy Meals. One of them was wrong, which immediately made me question whether I had been given the same Happy Meal that had already been handled by another customer. When I told the employee that one Happy Meal was supposed to be a cheeseburger instead of nuggets, he took the incorrect Happy Meal back inside to replace it, which added even more concern for me regarding food handling procedures. This especially concerned me because my son has food allergies, and both of my children have dog and cat allergies. Food that has already been opened and handled by another customer should never be given to someone else. I truly hope those meals were thrown away and remade, but the situation did not inspire confidence. On top of that: - One Happy Meal was made incorrectly - I paid for 3 BBQ sauces and originally received none, so I had to go inside to ask for them and was only given 2 - I ordered a large fry and received a medium - My son’s cheeseburger had a hair in it Overall, this was a very disappointing and concerning experience, especially when allergies and food safety are involved.

  The food is whatever. Nothing special. What is special is the amount of times and ways they can mess up my order. I dont know how pancakes sounds like a sausage patty and a biscuit. Apparently I'm the idiot here. Why do I keep waisting my money here? And yeah I can call and they'll apologize and give me some credit or whatever but I wanted pancakes. Not a we'll do better next time....just give me what i ordered... how hard is that?

  Morning drive thru lady is repulsively rude. I sat at the receiver for a full minute of pure silence before she snapped at me about staying quiet. Then when I confronted her at the window by saying “I didn’t know you were there, you weren’t speaking.” she said “Well I don’t speak. I don’t.” Like?? That is your job to speak to the customers when they come to the drive thru, and to deny accountability over your very job is astonishing to me. Absolutely terrible service, I now know why everybody in town says the people in the morning shift are horrible to work with.
