  Been coming here a lot the past year. It’s a hit and miss place. Some days they get the order wrong or the food or coffee tastes gross you gotta throw away or the awful 30 minutes plus wait time in the drive thru. Some days it’s like ok yeah that’s yummy and the service is a normal speed. But the store is a miss a lot more than anything.. i think im done wasting money on getting the wrong order and sitting 30 plus minutes in the drive thru. I’m gonna just order Starbucks.

  Understaffed and rude is what I experienced today. They are always understaffed. I waited close to 20 minutes before checking in on my things. When I ask if my drink was up there the worker says “we’re like really busy” in a very sarcastic and rude tone. When all I did was ask. I understand they are busy but there’s no need to be rude tone customers who wait 15+ minutes

  The girl that works there that has all the piercings in her face, Is extremely rude. She likes to video record and take pictures of the customers to make fun of them. She needs to be fired!! Will never come back to this location!

  Sat in the building for 30 minutes waiting on food, multiple people who showed up 15+ minutes after me were served before myself
