  If I could I would give this place a zero star. When I am eating theast thing I want to hear about is someone talking about there period it's nasty. Not to me tio. The cussing none stop. I lost my appetite half way threw my meal.

  As for someone that works with McDonald's. I'll be giving this place a very low score . This location needs major improvement on workers and management. Not to mention cleaning all over especially the lobby. Half the drink machin has no syrup. There has been times where i've come to this location through drive through.No one in the manager's office and the safe is left wide open.Where anybody can just go in the office and mess with something?I've called and talked to managers, and they don't seem to care . They really need to pay attention on who comes in.That is surveying this restaurant. Along with the lunch manager in the kitchen replaced for trying to over charge customers. Along with workers just standing around doing nothing

  Bellevue McDonald’s, this is ridiculous. I ordered through DoorDash, and it was delivered in less than 15 minutes from the time i ordered, yet somehow my fries were ice cold?! That tells me they were either sitting way too long or there was zero care put into making sure the order went out fresh. And this is exactly why I’m so frustrated, because this is not a one-time issue. I’ve lived in Bellevue for five years, I’ve ordered from this location plenty of times, and it is the same mistakes over and over again. Every time I walk in there, employees are standing around, but somehow the food still comes out wrong. I asked for extra salt. Did I get extra salt? No. Did I even get salt packets? Also no. I got cold fries and nothing with them. I asked for extra ketchup on my sandwich, and instead I got a sloppy mess that was barely even put together. Honestly, I don’t even want to eat it. At this point, I don’t know how this location keeps getting it wrong so consistently. Bellevue, Ohio should not be struggling this hard to get fast food right.

  I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and it was delicious, the biscuit was so fresh
