  The food was great as always. The timely ness of the staff was way too slow, I had tried going through the drive thru but when I got to the speaker I had waited 10 minutes and not a single word was spoken to me. I was starting to get frustrated but I still wanted the food so I pulled around and went inside. After going inside we stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes before being helped mean while I can see the drive thu time screen amd the average wartime from the time people pull up to the drive thru speaker to the time they left was 1112 seconds which is almost 20 minutes. Now this is very disappointing because my main location in sandusky that I go to im never waiting in total more than like 5 minutes to get my food from the time I get there. I was so disappointed after I left that I've contemplated not going back to this establishment due to the lack of time management on the staff. While we were waiting for our food inside it seemed like the girl running the windows wasnt even doing her job half the time let alone with a smile or a friendly face. I cant say how dissatisfied I am with the way we were treated or the way that they were handling things

  Almost every time I go there now it's a long wait. Today was even worse. There were 2 cars in front of me in line and all in all from ordering to getting my food took exactly 30 minutes. There was a large line behind me by the time I left and I had seen at least a half a dozen cars pull out of line and leave. The people inside dont seem to care or want to work hard and I even saw customers inside getting visibly frustrated with the service. The girl at the window didn't even get my drinks ready until after the food was finally ready. Really poor experience

  As soon as I pulled up to the speaker to order I knew it wasn’t going to be good when the lady answered was very snobby. I waited almost 20 Minutes for one meal. That meal was a Buffalo Chicken sandwich which came with lettuce (I specifically asked for no lettuce) and a tomato which I’m pretty sure the sandwich doesn’t come with. The chicken was dry as a bone with little sauce on the chicken. They most likely just took a crispy chicken and put some buffalo sauce on it. If the owner wants to correct these kinds of things like they have been seeing in the reviews they would. P.S to the owner the date was 8/22/26 if you wanted to know who was working.

  Eh.... food was pretty good... slow drive through window but other then that it was ok.
