  Love the Food , Always turns out amazing with no issues getting all we asked for ! But tonight 5-6-26 around 9 pm. The young lady that was taking orders working window was Very rude . She did not want to be there by the way she rolled her eyes and said omfg once I pulled to 2nd window and the next car was at the speaker. When taking my card she slammed the window as if me ordering or the person behind me was in the wrong for wanting Arby’s. Bad night , maybe ? Overall her customer service was very poor and I was happy to see someone else hand me my food before leaving. She didn’t have a name tag or I would have gladly put her name in here.

  Stopped by here when I was on my way to visit family. The service through the drive thru was good and the curly fries were hot. However, the 2 beef & cheddar sandwicha that I ordered were cold. They had no Arby's sauce or cheddar cheese sauce on them and they were on the wrong bun (sesame seed not the onion bun).

  Drive thru was fast food was hot and good, the girl inside however didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Idk if she was just having an off day or what.
