  They always have phenomenal customer service and had me do a review to get some free stickers so why not! They are always the best!

  I am very unsure as to why I keep coming back to this location. In what reality is a 45 or more minute wait for drive through coffee acceptable? It is just this location! We frequent other locations and are in and out in 5 or less minutes. Beyond that, the staff is rude. There is never an excuse for either of these things to happen.

  We waited in line for an hour and half. The staff were rude. No body out side taking orders @5pm. Line was very long but if staff were taking orders like they usually are would’ve waited probably 30 mins. Got our drinks and they were all melted. Will not be coming back. They had 6-7 staff inside the building. Not sure why no one was out taking orders. Looked like a bunch of teen just hanging out and talking.

  Their drinks are okay but overpriced. Every time I come here there is a 20+ minute wait and no way to exit the drive-thru once you're in. Today I used the walk-up window bc I was in a rush and usually that's faster, but I stood there for 15 minutes while nobody bothered to take my order. Two of the girls even saw me through the window and just looked away. When someone finally came out to take my order, she acted annoyed that I was even there. And they didn't even give me a straw. Sometimes I wonder why I still come here
