- JCJake Cramer5 days ago1.0worst mcdonalds experience in a while. I ordered food thru the drive thru and pull off to the side while its made. They bring out the wrong order and ask if its what i ordered. I explain that its not my food order and that i ordered a double quarter pounder meal. They then went around to the other cars and asked whos it was. no one claimed it so they went back inside, tore the label off the bag and gave me the wrong order anyways.... didnt notice until i made it back to work. got ripped off

Worst part, they print the ticket and immediately clear the screen to make it looks like they are fast. Meanwhile, everyone is standing ìn the back just yelling, joking, playing on their phones, and one lady was playing with her hair! Seriously!?!?! I doubt it will ever get better, even the shift manager was standing around joking. The ONLY plus...they have kiosk...as i doubt anyone would even want to work to take an order!
