    Be wary, fellow traveler. I could tell by the state of the restaurant when walking in that I was about to be in for a bad time. Half the kiosks were down, and even when completing the order, the receipt was blank. Hope you memorized your order number! It took nearly 30 minutes for our order, and good luck finding someone to actually talk to for an update. There may have been two people working. Once we got our food, it was clearly overcooked and was virtually inedible, so we didn’t risk it. McDonald’s has wasted my time and money for the last time.

    The bathroom is filthy. Some weird white sticky substance sprayed all over doors. I went through there twice in a week and it was there both times. The disabled stall door in the women's room doesn't lock. The sink on the right has so much build up only a few jets of high power water spray out and all over you. The sink on the left works fine but directly next to it there was a air blower plugged in. Literally 4-6 inches from splashing and standing water. No paper towels either visit. The floor leading to the bathrooms was filthy. And the grease trap for one of the restaurants needed to be cleaned because it had that rancid grease/mildew/sewer smell. I wouldn't have gone the 2nd time but I didn't remember that it was the bad Pilot on my trip. I usually stop at Pilot when traveling because the bathrooms usually are clean. Not this place. It's gross.

    Ok this is bittersweet, this McDonald's is my favorite ive posted very favorable reviews, oh the disappointment decided to wait until I reached my fav , I passed so many McDonald's over the 80 miles from toledo ohio to lima.. Expecting the normally excellent service to get an extra salty cold double cheeseburger and COLD fries .so cold .. everyone has a bad day...

    I went in for a cookie for my little daughter. It took unusually long to serve 1 cookie. It was mushy and spread because not handled properly in the paper bag. I just went back so that I could get a replacement. Showed the cookie to the girl. Didn't say anything to me, went inside and heard in a mocking voice cookie is mushy and need a refund. Al I wanted was replacement didn't even bother to hear what I need l. Thanks for the refund anyway.

    Absolutely unprofessional management. I work third shift. I went to this McDonald's about two weeks ago around 3:10am. The drive thru menu clearly showed a dinner menu, but the worker over the speaker said they were only accepting mobile orders. Which would not have been an issue if they weren't 'magically' already serving breakfast. The worker specifically told me this location's breakfast starts at 3 am. I told the worker then, that I had no way to order breakfast via the mobile app since technically they should be on the breakfast menu yet. The worker kept saying he had seen others do it and that I would need to "figure it out." Fast forward to tonight. I went at 2am, an hour before their breakfast 'magically' starts. I was told they were serving breakfast.... at 2am. 2. A. M. I'm not sure who on earth is running this restaurant, but it is unbelievable. Are they choosing earlier and earlier to serve breakfast, so they don't have to work as much? Are they lazy? They claim it has been a thing for months now, but corporate conveniently refuses to change the digital menu to accommodate this change?? I will not be going back until they get their stuff in order. It is extremely unprofessional to skip 4 hours ahead in order to keep from doing your job.
