  I tried to put in an order through the mobile app which included a half off drink coupon. When I submitted the order for some reason, the app processed it to a different store and I did not realize until I was already in the parking lot. I asked the employees at the store if they would honor the order or allow me to re-purchase the order but on the drink coupon so I was not paying three times the amount of what the order was worth and they refused to do both. I understand that they don’t have control over the app, but it’s all one company and to not be able to honor a drink. Order is insane. Extremely poor customer service.

  First time we got the wrong order and the food was good but the way it was packaged and shoved in there was kinda bad

  The weekday morning staff is very friendly. I come pretty early and they always make my order perfect. Thank you!

  The fries tasted extremely old. I work at a fast food restaurant and it tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed. I’ve been puking them up all morning.

  Had to repeat my order to them multiple times because the people working were talking. I got the wrong size on one combo, wrong ingredients on another, and they forgot the marinara sauce. Pathetic service. Oh just found a hair baked into my mozzarella stick
