  Ordered a Route 44 Chocolate Sprite, pulled around and had a laugh with the manager. He said they whipped up a small batch for the shift staff to try and then we joked about some of the creative drinks people request. Very friendly atmosphere and attitude! Great Location to visit!

  I tried to put in an order through the mobile app which included a half off drink coupon. When I submitted the order for some reason, the app processed it to a different store and I did not realize until I was already in the parking lot. I asked the employees at the store if they would honor the order or allow me to re-purchase the order but on the drink coupon so I was not paying three times the amount of what the order was worth and they refused to do both. I understand that they don’t have control over the app, but it’s all one company and to not be able to honor a drink. Order is insane. Extremely poor customer service.
