I went inside got in line waited again for the cashier to get off the mic, she skipped over me and started talking to the person to my right who had no one else behind him in line. I asked for my food was and the manager stopped in and said oh that was made 30 minutes ago

The GM should be fired the manager on duty said he has asked for help with this issue but apparently it has fallen on deaf ears that couldn’t care less about providing service to their customers

Its "sorry we have low staffing" or "sorry our system is down". How about just put the fries in the bag, weve all worked fast food. Its not that hard. Dont let this happen again to a hungry pregnant young lady.
