  Used to be an amazing store. Ate here several times a week. Recently a nasty small man who I assume is somehow a manager, was witnessed by my wife and I demeaning his co workers/employees while we were sitting there eating. We complained to the owner and we hadn't seen him in months. Today he came in while we were eating, and as we walked out the door after our meal, he started running his mouth and mocking us. Absolutely abhorrent behavior. Will be calling corporate at this point. Franchise or no, this store embarrass the brand. I'll go to any store but this one.

  Even though I accidentally sent my order to the wrong store, they made me another one, and my first born will now be "Jimmy John" and I plan on giving them all the free advertisement I can with his life.
