I asked about the toasted special for 5.99 and he read the ingredients like he was being tortured . So I just picked a sandwich. I asked the ingredients and wow, a whole nother issue . So I paid and sat there and waited . I looked at the counter and there were 2 sandwiches there , I asked if they call a name or number to let people know their food is ready , but nope , when I asked about my order he simply said “it’s been sitting there !” I ordered a Pepe, and not only was it just a cold sandwich , I ordered it toasted ! No dressing , little lettuce, no vinegar , I could’ve made this crap at home. I mean if you people want business, you gotta pretend to give a crap . I doubt I will ever return to a place that has this bad of customer service!

Sent an email to their customer service and all I received back was “sorry, we’ll try to do better next time” lol. What a joke. I can assure you there will not be a next time

They have permanently lost my business at this store. Also there is no way to make a comment on their app. I think that means they don't care.....
