  Employees suck in here. The young clean shaved dude at the counter never pays attention. It’s like literally talking to a brick wall. Asked about the new meal offer that came out for the buffalo chicken wrap & had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe be more informative of new meals coming out. Always gotta repeat myself on stuff I don’t want or want to add to my wrap as well. It’s irritating

  At about 2:30pm today, May 24 I took my wife and daughters to this location. Now we used to eat here all the time because the night shift employees are absolutely amazing, and most of the day shift people are too. The food is always delicious. However, there is an awful manager there. He's a short bald guy with glasses and tattoos and he treats both customers and the employees like absolute garbage. He was very verbally abusive during today's visit to his employees to the point where my wife silently signaled that she wanted to leave. Both her and my daughter couldn't finish their meal because of his verbal abuse of his employees. And we're not talking just quietly being abusive. He was absolutely screaming at them. Very demeaning. I won't be back until this guy has been canned. I would rather drive to Indian Ripple and not have to deal with such an awful, angry, mean person.
