- CWCallie WarrenAug 4, 20261.0I recently visited graeters and I feel like I was treated with total disrespect. I ordered one scoop of lemon sorbet and a cup of iced water. When the man working the drive through came back with my water and said he would be back with my sorbet. Before he left I noticed that my water had no ice and politely asked if he could put some ice in it because I did ask for iced water. He then proceeds to say yes in a nasty tone and slam the window shut. When he came back he slammed my sorbet down on the counter before handing it to me along with my water. I proceeded to thank him and told him to have a nice day but all I received back was a "you too" in a snarky tone. He again slammed the window shut. I couldn't fully see his name tag but I believe his name was Jace.
