  I used to love this location when it first opened, food was always good, staff was nice. The past year or two has been TERRIBLE. Typically there’s one staff member out front to fill orders, the cashier is never around, most of the staff are rude to each other and the customers. I’ve seen food safety concerns like filling bowls over top of the ingredients (getting sauces and toppings mixed together as they drop out of the bowl they’re preparing) and the cooks sitting back eating food from the grill and playing on their phones. There is ONE kind staff member who actually does their job and I feel bad for him as he is the only person consistently keeping the cooks on task, filling orders, managing to go orders, AND cashing people out because apparently nobody else wants to do their job. I don’t expect 5 star service from a chipotle, but having a staff member be present and even somewhat kind would be a good start.

  Well we just got home from ordering here 8/5/26. Got home to see they charged for queso on two bowls and extra meat. Went back to chipotle to tell them and they only gave me back the money on the queso ….not the extra meat. I think the do this intentionally- so watch your receipt! The food was not cooked -rice and beans were hard as a rock we all threw it away - hire better people this place sucks! They always say if the bathroom is bad don’t eat there-enough said! Save your money and drive to the next one that’s closest by…by far the worst chipotle in the area

  Unfortunately, this location has become progressively worse with each visit. The food is always old, but that is far from the worst part. The worker at the front, who appears to be nearing 30, is always rude… that is unless you are a teenage girl, then you will receive wonderful service, fresh food, and unsolicited pet names. If that’s not enough, the two women in the back who are seemingly responsible for prepping fresh food, were simply standing in the back, playing on their phones, and snacking on scraps (in plain sight of course). This location is on the same trajectory as the rest of the area. Sadly, Chipotle is just no longer an option for a quick dinner if you don’t wish to leave extremely irritated.

  I ordered in person a sofritas bowl to go. Not long into eating it I bite into something tough. I take it out of my mouth and it’s a decent sized chunk of PLASTIC WRAP. first and last time eating at this chipotle. Mistakes happen but food safety is not a joke. Terrible impression of the place and possibly indicative of carelessness with food prep. Really gross.

  This guy named towan was so stingy for the rice he ran out and my bowl was less than half and he hair I can’t get more but I said I’ll wait and he said no that is all you get and the entire time thru he put everything like it was coming out his pay check lol
