I understand that this helps speed up the service, but the associates should carry menus. They will show you their tablet if you ask for a menu but it only has basic info, no pricing, specials, or other info.

This is fast food, not luxury dining where everything is expected to be flawless. Of course things won’t be perfect 100% of the time but there are real people working behind the counter, not robots. If one small mix-up is enough to ruin your entire experience and send you straight to write an angry review, that says more about your expectations than it does about the restaurant. People act like a missing sauce or a slightly longer wait time is some kind of personal offense, when in reality it’s just part of life. A little patience and basic respect go a long way, especially toward workers who are clearly doing their best. With that out of the way think before you speak please! 🌈✨💞

She was so friendly and awesome and made the drive thru experience at chickfila more personable than Ive experienced in the past. AND!!! She was still quick and efficient with her service through it all!! It takes a rare person to be able to hit all the marks of customer service without making sacrifices to others. :)

But I have come through the drive thru a couple times after 9pm and have received a bag with my correct food ticket on the bag, but wrong food inside. Then I was missing a whole sandwich and didn’t realize til I got all the way back home, 15 mins away. Anyway, the PM service seems to lack a bit. My only “complaint.”

They have a play area for the kids and a few little crafts I thought was awesome. The manager was very hands on and it was very clean inside. We will definitely be back soon!
