Such a poor experience with the staff and this location. I asked for light ice and got a cup half filled with ice. They don't understand how to properly make the coffee with less ice and no coffee grinds in my drink apparently. The employees were honestly weird and giving weird energy instead of quality customer service as well. I will not be back at this location or tip at another 7 brew again

Coffee is good but the workers are MID at best - when they first opened it was awesome. But you have people hanging out chatting with coworkers and not getting drinks out quick enough. People will legit be hanging out talking to cars bc they know them yet you have people waiting to get their drinks and get to work…do better with customer service training on your new employees.

Love EVERYTHING, especially the drinks and employees. But please, for the love of everything, add more space and hire more people. These 30-minute+ lines are driving me away. I can’t keep planning a simple drink an hour in advance.

Literally terrible hire more people or train the ones you got right. Can’t even get into the line each time I come, they are always wrapped around the building down the street 24/7 so it’s no use making the trip here. I’d save the gas and go somewhere near home next time

My fiance and I like to go for a coffee date every now and then. He has a heart condition and can't have large amounts of caffeine, so he gets decaf (I typically do as well so he can try whatever I order). For some reason we're never given decaf when ordered and we don't know until it's too late and he has a reaction. Why have decaf as an option if it's never given when ordered. The first couple of times we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But we came back after a year of avoiding 7 brew, and it happened again. I ordered him a decaf and not even an hour later he has a reaction to the caffeine. I will point out that we don't have this issue at other coffee businesses we go to and he doesn't have any negative reactions there. The drinks are good at 7 brew, but they don't follow the order. I'm assuming they feel like it's a waste of time and don't consider the needs of the customer who orders decaf. I would advise caution if you have any medical or allergy restrictions.
