  I atmosphere inside of the restaurant is like bland to me unless you’re by a window. I love being able to look outside the window now about the food! I have a pleasure of meeting Chef William before at Nordstrom. They’re making amazing sauces to go along with your food definitely try the KOA Kalamata aïoli. It is completely my favorite, but make sure it’s purple if it’s not purple it’s not gonna have the same taste I’ve ordered their salmon, which is very good. By the way it’s made right. I’ve had their hamburger which is very large portion sized. Even just their shoes during french fries are really really good and then you can dip your fries in the KOA. So good that sauce just tantalizes my entire taste buds … it’s like you can never eat enough of it! Big high five to Nordstrom for having that particular sauce available. They do have a couple different aïoli’s so you definitely would like to try them all if you can ask your server to give you a taste test of all the sauces that they have there it will surprise you. A shout out to the servers. I had Emerson today very pleasant, young man. He did a great job. I was completely satisfied and completely welcomed because I go there a lot. Also a shout out to Kim. She’s always personable. I like the spice in her, Robin she’s very nice and David. He’s pretty amazing. He’s been there for as long as I’ve been coming to the store entirely he is Customer Service. He represents Nordstrom very well. I definitely recommend the artichoke spinach dip. It’s very large for two people let alone one to have for meal. It was very very good. I like how they offer your beverage to go. That’s really nice. They do have a pretty decent menu. definitely look it up before you go. Don’t expect a huge menu, but they do offer bar service there. It’s a smaller type bar. It’s not like the size of Seattle’s Nordstrom grill totally different. In size and menu cheers to the staff at Nordstrom Grill. I love it there and I’ll be continuing to be your customer. Thank you for the good food and the great KOA. 😁

  What a hidden gem. My husband and I stumbled upon Nordstrom Grill a few weeks ago and it was like we were transported back in time. The wait staff couldn't be more helpful. The soups are amazing and will warm you up on a cold winter day . . . and the burger might also be the best in Cleveland. I only wish it were open for breakfast!

  My wife and I recently discovered this hidden gem on Cleveland's east side. Located on the third floor of the Nordstrom Department store, the grill is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. The service has always been exceptional - notably David and Dre are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, not to mention exceptional at anticipating our needs. The menu is approachable, and everything is made from scratch (even the bread)! We've been especially impressed with the soups and the burger. Highly recommend if you need a break from the noise. Would also be a great place to meet for a working lunch or camp out for an afternoon if working remotely.
