  Y'all need to fire the lady that handout food she got red color dye in her hair I walked up and did not see the little sign that says go to the back y'all don't even have it blocked off and she comes at me with a attitude and I calmly apologized and she proceeded to come at me disrespectful and followed me outside talking shit I'm 6 years law enforcement Dogg and worked with mental patients she needs to be evaluated!!!?! Fire her ass!!!!

  My son and I had such a great experience here! We started with the mozzarella sticks, and they were amazing! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with grilled chicken, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had! My son ordered the Big Back Brunch Burger, and let me tell you, they aren’t kidding about the BIG! My 17-year-old hockey player, who can usually put away some food, could only finish half of it! He said it was delicious, though! The atmosphere was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Amazing food, generous portions, and excellent service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

  Are they trying to kill people? How are the veggies raw and burnt at the same time? How is it that this is a pool of oil and it don't even taste like butter and if it is butter it's in salted because this is the blandest tasting cheese grits I've ever had. This supposed to be dirty and that's what it looks like. Dirty grits. But they taste terrible. Among the breakfast burrito with a pre-cooked diced up sausage patty. Too lazy to even Brown sausage meat? For a burrito? Peppers and onions clearly raw and still have a chill to them. People want to charge these high prices and give you low quality food full of fillers that has been processed to hell. They don't even want to cook it themselves they want a warm it up on top of a griddle. A pre-cooked circular sausage clearly cut into strips is not even the appropriate bite for that kind of burrito. And the eggs are fake as well. So now if you don't ask for fried eggs you get weird eggs? I think I'm done with my takeout experience in today's American society.. $15 for the burrito and $8 for these grits.

  I had never visited this establishment before and I was excited when my son made me aware of this eatery as there are not many in the Cleveland area that I am not familiar with. Let me say this before I get into why I gave this establishment a poor rating, not having tasted a morsel of food. I don't usually give reviews, let alone negative reviews as I am a positive person and I don't like lingering in negative spaces. But the treatment I received for no reason at all — I MUST SPEAK. This was my first impression of a business I would have loved to support but the way I was received let me know the vibe of the business mostlikely was beneath me and wasn't going to be my type of establishment anyway. I have been in hospitality for ions and hospitality 101 is to be hospitable. When I entered the young lady at the podium was speaking with a couple. Instead of excusing herself from her conversation for two seconds to acknowledge me she continued to finish her conversation. When they were done the couple sat down then the lovely hostess/ waitress proceeded to clean off a table — I am still unacknowledged. When she was done, the couple told her they'd changed there mind and preferred to eat in. They were there before me so I took no offense to that. She sat them down but did not come back to the podium, she went into the kitchen. Just before she returned, two men had come in and gone behind the podium and picked up menus (clearly familiar with No Forks) and she proceeds to seat them. I am still ignored. At this point, I politely make my way out of the door and to my vehicle. I make a pretty decent living and I love to eat out. When I like a place I frequently visit and tip well. I must say to allow any customer to simple walk out the door unacknowledged as if they do not exist is not only inexcusable but a strong show of poor business leadership and practice. Please let the yellow girl with the pretty natural reddish hair know that I make enough to pay her yearly salary and still live well (no matter what my appearance may have been at the time). Please relay to the owner the young woman is bad for business and possibility has costs him potentially hundreds, maybe thousands of future profit. I wish you well and will only tell others of my experience there.
