  This McDonalds is perfect and they never forget items and food is always hot and good to go but Google Maps is saying your open 24/7 so if I go thru the drive thru and I’m told your closed until 5AM, than technically your not 24/7 restaurant. Don’t be like the Amelia Wendy’s which is supposed to be 24/7 but between their app and their actual building not syncing together it’s just a headache like I do road construction and we work the graveyard shifts so anything that is a “24/7” restaurant or gas station is a blessing for workers like us aka Sheetz like Sheetz is the standard💯% But there ain’t none in this area🤦🏼‍♂️

  if i could give this place zero stars, i would. not that the food was bad but the service was just THAT bad. we did a mobile order and went to pick it up. as we arrived they had us pull up to the mobile order pickup spot. then two lady’s come out and the one older lady has the worst attitude that I have EVER encountered in a fast food restaurant. we got like 5 frappes and a couple sandwiches and hashbrowns. the lady is saying things like “did you guys just get coffee..?” and we said “no we have two separate orders to pick up.” so she proceeds to basically throw the food at me. then when we realized we were missing one of our items we turned around. we go back and they’re throwing us through a freaking loop about getting us the coffee we wanted that WE PLACED AN ORDER FOR ALREADY PAID so i went in there and just asked if i could buy a coffee because im not going through this again. and then here comes the bad attitude lady again saying “what’s wrong?!🙄” and the young lady at the cash register(very sweet and new to the job) explained that our mobile order wasn’t popping up and the lady making coffees said she didn’t have an order for it. mind you the coffee was already made just sitting on the counter. so the rude lady gives it to me and says “here.” I work in fast food, and this was insane to me that people think it’s okay to treat customers this way. safe to say i will be driving all the way to the mcdonald’s in amelia if it means i don’t have to deal with the TERRIBLE service here ever again.

  Light skin teenage looking girl is so rude and obnoxious; I will never be back here again, the one with the big distance between her eyes. She is awful.

  I got a spicy chicken sandwich at this McDonald’s. When I was looking at my chicken it had hair on it. Also I got a Dr Pepper and watched the person in the window put their hands in my cup. Another thing I did my research on the health benefits of McDonalds food and you guys spry your meat, lettuce, and fries before putting them in the freezer. You guys give people chemicals on food. It’s not right. Oh one more thing when I was at McDonalds today there was a lady being rude to her employee… that’s not how you treat people. This place treats others like crap.
