Our rice was hard and not cooked through, it had no cilantro in it (they stated they were out of cilantro), they were out of MANY food items, including NO chips. When we go to a chipotle, the cilantro rice is one of the tastes we love as well as the salt and lime chips. That is some of their signature items and to not have these things was a big disappointment! They did blame it on the morning crew not prepping them for their evening shift. In all my years of going to Chipotle, often…. we have never had hard undercooked rice. It was so bad we had to get a refund. Also, both times we went everything was extremely messy and they were also out of all of their specialty fruit and lemonade drinks.

Store was out of rice,corn,beans,queso and had brown lettuce. Ordered 2 bowls and one didn’t even get the chicken I paid for. Hire adults not kids have a manager there and clean your nasty restaurant. Not sure how you’re out of everything at 4 pm.

We waited for an unreasonable amount of time while the people working there discussed a Katy who left and what she did and didn’t do. The lettuce in my bowl was brown and several pieces were slimy. The majority of the tables were covered in food, and there were no utensils or napkins. The floor was filthy. The customer service is something that should be worked on. This was the grossest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Please drive to the next chipotle if you’re craving their food.
