  This was the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Honestly thought about leaving while they were taking my order. Out of chips, queso, rice, and chicken. The tall lady that works there was yelling in my face to customers behind me while I’m trying to order. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Trash EVERYWHERE. I asked for a fountain drink, got a coke and it was warm, the ice melted immediately. Waste of money and time unfortunately.

  Ordered pickup, half of what was supposed to be in my bowl was missing, waste of my points, they also almost forgot my drink and no fork provided for a bowl.

  Very good good but I do not recommend using their mobile pick up option. I waited in my car for 5 minutes while several employees walked past the window and ignored me. I finally had to wave and say something to get their attention for them to hand me my food that had been sitting there the entire time. This isn’t the first time i’ve seen this and was extremely unhappy with my experience.

  This is the worst chipotle I know of, I've given this location SO many chances to prove me wrong (bc I love chipotle and Batavia is the closest one to me) but everytime I go, they are either out of ingredients or the ingredients look old and dried up. I'm ALWAYS disappointed when I convince myself to give it another try. Plus, the counters where they prepare the food are almost always gross(dropped food and sauces all over the counter) , then they slide your bowl right through all the grossness, it would take just a few seconds to wipe up after a spill.. I'll just drive the extra 15 minutes to the eastgate location from now on.
