- DGDakota Gibson2 days ago1.0The place always has food everywhere. The line where they make the food always has food all over the place. They even had food smeared on the glass where the prep line is. The meat is always way overcooked, dry and tough. I eat at several chipotles regularly and this one by far is the worst. If they cleaned up a little more and didn’t overcook the meat so bad the review we be much better.

- JSJeromy SchmidtSep 3, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. While eating my meal, I bit into a piece of plastic that was mixed in with the rice. Thankfully I noticed it, but finding plastic in your food is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food preparation and quality control. I also tried contacting Chipotle through their customer service chat to report what happened. Instead of helping me or connecting me with someone who could address the issue, the AI chat ended the conversation without resolving anything. I have photos of the plastic I found in my food as well as screenshots of the customer service conversation, which I’m including with this review. I understand mistakes can happen, but when something like this happens, I expect the company to take it seriously and at least provide proper customer service. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.

I was bummed because I need 50 more grams of protein to meet my goal for the day. She didnt turn me away and made my food, on her! I couldn't believe it. Ive lost almost 30lbs and this little gesture meant so much to me. Thanks, again, Shelby! ❤️
