  I ordered a pizza .. waited waited waited …. Then I looked up when it said est delivery time ( it said 4:19-4:29) I was currently 4:45 I checked the app said it was delivered . I called the shop asking for the status since I haven’t gotten anything yet . A guy answered asked who delivered this order ( said it 2 times ) then I hear the girl in back ground say I did and he said well where did u leave it ? Then the craziest thing I ever heard someone say “ she replied on the porch cause it was raining” well it wasn’t on my porch for 1 and 2 if it’s raining why would u leave it in the rain ???? Ur gonna get wet ur gonna get cold ur gonna get hot ur gonna drive in snow we are in Ohio why are u a delivery driver then??? They did credit back my meal so I could order from somewhere else … even tho they never said we could resend another they said said we’ll refund your money …. Maybe should have looked at all the reviews before ordering again …

  My wife was just there for a order of 2 subs and a pizza 1st sub was chickin bacion ranch with the bread so dried could not even bite into it.2nd sub was phily steak was the same hard bread very little meat on both subs what chickin i had wasso dried and tough it was a shame.

  I placed order online around 10:40pm . I then received a call from the store saying that didn’t have a delivery driver and it’s almost closing time and I may not receive my order . Phone conversation didn’t help me feel confident I’d get my two pizzas I ordered through the web after a long day at work myself. Mins later I get a hard knock on door and it was Papa John’s . I wasn’t in best mood but I was grateful because I have small kids that needed something quick to eat . I gave the driver a $20 tip just because I genuinely appreciate my order being delivered . “You never know what someone is going through day to day , be the reason you make someone’s day “! Thank you so much Papa John’s Wooster Rd Staff from my family

  Paid for delivery and still had to go get my own food said I didn’t have the apt number but I did and also said my number was wrong but it was correct on the phone dude sounded high on the phone I get papa John all the time but usually around lunch never have a problem

  Not a good place to eat. The sub was burned and the pizza taste horrible. The bread sticks isn't worth the money either. Yuk. Disgusting.
