    Other reviewers said they did not understand the low scores. Well I understand them! Subway closed in Barberton so I looked for a new place. Cashier told me "we're so much better than Subway anyway!" I ordered the 16-in and asked what kind of bread do they have? "Oh the 16-inch only comes in French bread." I'm looking at a rack of very interesting breads but I can't get any of THEM, only the rock hard bread designed for socialists. Strike one. I asked to have the sandwich toasted. She said they don't toast that sandwich. Why the heck would you toast other sandwiches but not this one? Strike two. The price: 16$ or a dollar an inch as I like to think of it. And when the sandwich gets messy were there any napkins in the bag? Nope. Strike three. The cashier and the sandwich maker had to confirm the order between them at least four times. They got the job done but boy it was dysfunctional! Better than Subway?? I THINK NOT!

    We usually go to the downtown location, but we were close to this location so thought we'd give it a try. When we arrived, there was a guy in the front (manager?) wearing a large gold chain while another woman was making all the sandwiches. Our order wasn't ready yet and it was easy to tell the woman was overloaded and the guy made no effort to help her. He just stood there talking. She even had to ask if he could get the bread out because it was ready. The dynamic didn't sit right with me. We got home and half of our sandwiches were not very good. My daughter's was slopped with oil and was so soggy. Mine tasted sour. The other sandwiches were okay. We usually love their sandwiches, but this was pretty disappointing. Definitely won't be coming back to this location again.

    The last few times I have ordered from this location the girl at the counter has had a horrible attitude. The first time I thought maybe she was just having a rough day, so I let it go. The second time she was working when I went in, she still had an attitude, and I just picked up our food and left. This last time truly sent me over the edge. I walked in and told her the name for the order and she told me in a nasty tone that it was going to be at least another 20 minutes (I was already 15 minutes past the pickup time) and I told her that was fine and I'd come back in a few, and she said "NO LIKE AT LEAST 25 MINUTES" I walked out and told my husband that we will cancel our order and go somewhere else. He walked in there and stated that we were canceling our order and that there wasn't a need for the attitude. She responded by saying "EXCUSE ME? You can get the F out of my store" He asked for her name, and she would not tell him. I reported this to corporate and all we got was a refund and canceled order. I will drive 30 minutes out of the way to go to a different location. Couldn't tell you her name, but she has a lip piercing and dark hair.

    Disgusting won't ever eat here again. They didn't give me my receipt and wouldn't replace my sub after finding a nasty long hair in it. Never again.
