Specifically they need to be retained in the task of ordering for their location. While food cost is important to running a successful restaurant- and I’m sure you doing well in that area- but at what cost ? You’re out of key items with consistent regularity - it’s unprofessional- it makes you look unprepared and acting with out a plan. How are you going to be out of chips, queso, hot sauce ? Then have your associates offer tobasco as a replacement for the red hot sauce. Ummm totally different flavors. So to the leadership of this store people are going to start going other locations that do care about the customer experience- obviously you don’t or you would not regularly be out of items. Disappointing leadership and disappointing customer experience 14$ to not have what I wanted - really great experience and to have had to wait for it - as your associates stood around talking. Get your shit together

Wears jeans with glitter like she is going to a club , terrible terrible experience . Said i was calling corporate and she said go ahead they dont care . Asked for a little more meat and she said charge him for double meat . Chipotle brand will Go down the drain with people like Harmony Mastran working for Chipotle . STAY AWAY FROM BARBERTON CHIPOTLE !! BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS. ! WOW! JUST WOW! Response to owners response ! Contact a website that just pushes the customer to no verbal contact . Not firing on all cylinders yes I’d say so . Start firing and get people in there that treat your customers the proper way . Harmony Mastran is VERY BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS .
