- OOoliviaJun 11, 20261.0this location gets my iced coffee order correct probably 30% of the time. it’s just a large iced coffee with 4 cream (standard in a large) and 4 butter pecan swirl (also standard in a large). it’s typically either pond water color or pure milk. it’s just annoying when a large coffee is $4 and i can’t even drink it more than half of the time.

Two price raises on cold brew since 2026 started– it’s officially the same price to go to one of the 10+ local coffee shops within 15 minutes of this location who pay their employees a living wage. I’ve been a regular for 3 years, stopping by twice a day when I was working locally… and I’m officially done after logging onto my app today and seeing another increase in prices. Employees here seem to do their best, but they’re also normally chronically understaffed. I honestly bet it’s due to their max pay being the minimum pay for most other coffee shops in the area. Honestly. Save some money, get higher quality coffee products by searching “coffee near me” while you’re in the parking lot. If you’re willing to drive a little more than 15 minutes, you have literally DOZENS of better, fresher, and even fair-trade coffee options for the basically the same exact price.

I feel bad for the employees because you can see, feel and hear their frustration once it’s busy (they are way understaffed some days). So, I can’t blame them. However, when I do a mobile order well in advance and I come in and see only half my order sitting on the counter (with my name saying its ready on the order screen, is BEYOND frustrating). When I ask where the rest of my order is I get this response “ the in progress and ready on the screen is on a timer, so technically it may not be ready” 😳 uhhhh ok??? One ticket at a time guys! My coffee is luke warm by the time I get the other items because they forget. Again, while I understand them being understaffed, one ticket at a time! As I wait I watch it all happening to others as well.
