  Unfortunately I was super disappointed with my experience today. I came from Cleveland to spend time with my family that lives closer to this location. Especially on a holiday, I would anticipate for customer service to be top priority. The server was really nice when we got the chance to talk to her, but I had to flag her every time to check in and grab drinks for our bay (which I HATE doing as someone who is in this industry). We grabbed 5 seltzers total and I feel as if I’m almost obligated to tip on the grand total for the bay area and drinks when the service was lacking. I tipped on the total of the drinks even though someone else had opened and delivered them; I’m NEVER going to not tip on a service even when one wasn’t truly given. I love the idea of having fun and doing things like this, but this is supposed to be an experience and I feel as if I’m walking out experiencing nothing; super disappointed especially given that this is a high priced establishment. Most likely will just continue to try different locations or other concepts.

  Visited Topgolf Avon recently and had a pretty disappointing experience with the bay setup. Bays 201, 202, 203, and 204 are the only bays in the venue with this particular setup; split by a large pillar, with two bays on each side and garage doors. The biggest issue was bay 202, where balls were ricocheting off the pillar, creating a real safety concern since they could easily bounce into a neighboring bay and hit someone. On top of that, all of the targets were positioned far to the right side of the field, which made it even more difficult to play comfortably since we were worried about accidentally hitting toward neighboring bays or people while trying to aim correctly. It made the whole experience feel awkward and unsafe, and we constantly had to adjust around the obstruction instead of focusing on the game. Considering how expensive Topgolf is, this setup was extremely frustrating and took away from the overall experience. Hopefully management addresses the safety concern.

  Recently went to the top golf here in Avon with some friends. Usually we go to the one in independence but we decided not too this time. I am glad we did since we had the best server ever. Mariah was very nice and bubbly, she was patient with me (I am someone who never knows what they want) and got us everything we needed quickly. 10/10 service from Mariah

  Mariah made our experience a 10/10. Fast service, very kind and understanding and was very patient with my friends who can take a long time to figure out what they want. Will only go back if I can have Mariah as a server

  Mariah at Top Golf in Avon provided exceptional service during our visit! She was attentive and kind, always making sure our needs were met. During our visit, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Her dedication and friendly attitude truly made our time special and memorable.
