  Felicia helped us today. She made great recommendations and was so hospitable and welcoming. Our whole day was brightened because of her. The food was really great too. Not too salty and she made a little salad for my son. Thank you Felicia!!!

  I feel absolutely compelled to write this review as it would be a disservice to other customers if I did not. This evening my husband and I visited this restaurant for carry out. The young lady (Omerah) waiting on us was the worst possible example of horrendous customer service. She did not speak when I greeted her with a pleasant "hello, how are you." How do just ignore a customer speaking to you?? While she was preparing my order, she had a constant scowl on her face. I asked for hot honey chicken in my bowl and the container was empty. Instead of getting more, she simply tossed some plain chicken into the hot honey chicken EMPTY container and tossed it in the remnants of sauce at the bottom. Each time I asked for additional items, which is what you do when you order a "build your own bowl," she just blank stare/glared at me. I than asked her if she was okay to which she replied "ya." Then we were back to the blank stare and no words. She treated my husband the exact same way when she was preparing his order as well. Before leaving I spoke with Dawn, who I learned was a manager. I told her about the situation and I could tell she was limited on what she could say. I asked her to PLEASE tell someone in upper management to teach Omerah how to properly wait on a customer. This was our first time at this location and unfortunately it will probably be our last. PLEASE take action so you don't lose other customers due to this absolutely unacceptabe employee behavior.

  Good food, horrible service. Cashier rang up my order, I questioned my order, paid but no receipt. She said she couldn’t print me another. I was definitely also overcharged. Not helpful.

  I made the mistake of going after 8pm - the food was cold and the rice was as hard as a rock. It was so painful trying to eat my burrito that I had to throw it away. Complete waste of my money and time. All of the food looked old and not fresh. The containers appeared to be empty and when I asked for chicken they had to bring it out from the back - it was cold and had no flavor. If you are going to be open until 10pm you need to serve fresh food. This location is normally good but I was really disappointed today. $37 wasted. Do yourself a favor - don't go to Qdoba if it's after 7:30pm.
