The manager Peggy politely informed us that she was down a person from a call off but she would make sure we got to do everything we wanted. I just want to say Peggy was awesome and gave great customer service. My family had a great time bowling, playing Lazer tag, and playing in the arcade. The human claw was so much fun. My only criticism would be maybe a better selection of prizes in the human claw. However other than that we loved it! We drove over an hour to check it out and will definitely be back.

- MLMatthew LeitchAug 14, 20261.0We have a group that includes six adults of legal drinking age, and our server, Caleb, has been noticeably unenthusiastic and inattentive throughout our visit. One of the more frustrating issues has been beverage service. We ordered a bucket containing five beers for six adults. When we attempted to order a second bucket, Caleb told us he would not sell us another until all five beers from the first bucket were completely gone. What makes this particularly confusing is that your menu states there is a two-guest minimum to order a bucket. By the menu's own standard, two adults can order a five-beer bucket, yet our table of six adults is apparently limited to the same five beers at any given time. I don't understand the logic behind allowing five beers for two guests while refusing to allow a second bucket for six guests. I completely understand and support responsible alcohol service. My concern isn't that your employees should disregard those responsibilities. I would simply like to know whether this is actually Main Event's corporate policy. The situation was made considerably worse by the service itself. Once the first bucket was finished, we repeatedly had to go find Caleb to order another. After finally locating him and placing the order, it would then take approximately 15–20 minutes for the next bucket to arrive. We eventually brought our concerns to the manager, expecting that either the policy would be clarified or the service issue would be addressed. Unfortunately, nothing changed after speaking with management. We continued to experience the same problems. We're here to spend money and enjoy an evening at Main Event. Instead, we've spent a significant portion of our evening trying to locate our server, waiting for orders, and dealing with a restriction that doesn't appear consistent with the language on your own menu. I'd appreciate someone from your corporate team reviewing what happened at the Avon location tonight and clarifying Main Event's actual policy regarding bucket purchases. I'd also appreciate knowing whether the level of service we experienced, particularly after raising the issue with management, is consistent with what Main Event expects from its locations.
