Instead of getting speedy top-notch service, they missed multiple details in my order. I’m glad they are able to employ all five people by charging $3 for chips, $3 for a pickle, and $4 for potato salad, I don’t think I’ll be back to Jimmy John’s anytime soon
- XLXeno LoganSep 24, 20261.0Ordered a chicken sandwich and there were blood clots or some sort of nasty connective tissue. Stringy meat impossible to chew, gamey expired taste, bits of dark red. Manager James was really cool about it, redid my sandwich at least.

I had just gotten out of the hospital and was heading back to Michigan (home) and needed some good food after the crappy hospital food I had Been eating all week… and the service and food was wonderful.. thanks ladies you made our day.
- GJGary JamesJun 24, 20262.0Been coming here for a couple years and that will be coming to an end. The protein/meat the past two times have been almost non existent, like one slice. I thought it was a one time thing, but it’s back to back within a week. I will say the flavor and the bread are both good, that’s why it’s a two but I don’t know why they cut down on the proteins. It’s all toppings now. Maybe it’s new workers or management but something has changed.
- JLJulia LeubeJun 3, 20262.0I’ve never gotten a bad thing from here until today. I ordered three turkey Tom’s and each sub there were sliced arteries in the turkey. I know this can happen with meat but I figured those pieces would be thrown away instead of used when making the subs. I’m disappointed this happened because I usually love their food. I had to throw away the rest of the subs after we noticed it because it made me nauseas thinking about eating arteries.
