- DTDestiney TaylorSep 19, 20261.0Literally the worst dunkin in Ohio. I truly don’t know how East Side of Cleveland Dunkin’s are better than the Avon location. Employees act like it’s a chore to remake a coffee, that was wrong BOTH times. I don’t understand why their coffee is always watered down or sour. It’s disgusting, save your money and drive to North Ridgeville Dunkin, they’re much better.

Nikki, (KAREN) the assistant manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered my usual iced coffee — the same drink I get all the time — and when she was about to hand it to me, I noticed it looked like straight-up milk. I politely told her there was no espresso in it. Instead of simply correcting the drink, she became angry and started yelling to the other employees, telling them to tell me to “go somewhere else.” Excuse me?! We are paying customers, and the bare minimum is to receive the drink we ordered and be treated with basic respect. I have always been kind and respectful to the employees here, even when I’ve felt that I wasn’t being treated the same way in return. There was absolutely no reason for her to speak to me or treat me that way. And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this behavior. She seems miserable and rude every time I come in. If you don’t like your job, maybe it’s time to find somewhere else to work — but don’t take your attitude out on paying customers. Nikki, kindness and professionalism go a long way. A little respect and even a simple smile would make a huge difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve better. GABBY MAKES THE BEST ICE COFFEES- FYI!!! She always is very professional and the sweetest soul. That girl deserves a raise!!!

She was just amazing and commented on my flawless face and she actually dove deep in conversation with me.
