Ordered on a Monday right before 5 pm. Order time pushed back 4x. It would help if they had more than one person in the kitchen, so this is no reflection on her. She was working hard and was positive and friendly, but Pizza Hut should have multiple people working during the dinner rush.

Absolute trash. Negative stars. Do not go here. You order pizza and it never gets delivered. You try to call the store and are transferred to someone who can hardly speak English in a different country. They don't help you get your money back. Now I'm left with my pizza and no refund on my order. Do not order from here Avon Lake.

People in the lobby were talking crap and running their ungrateful mouths at the young woman with the long black hair who was up front because they had a lot of orders and for whatever reason they think being rude is gonna make food appear faster. The entire time this young lady carried herself with grace, moved with purpose and intention, and remained professional. I don’t even care how my food tastes I will be returning and giving this location my business because they have to do their jobs while enduring verbal abuse. Avon Lakers, be better. Or better yet, EAT AT HOME instead of disrespecting someone who is doing something for you.
