    My family and I always come to this location and eat. Today we had a great experience with the server Jules. (could be Julie. But I believe she said Jules. Older blonde lady!) She went above and beyond making sure my table of 8 was happy with everything and getting whatever we needed right away. Very nice too. Would love her to be our server again because this type of serve makes going out more easier for us bringing all my kids in. Give her a raise, she’s working so hard bringing smiles and great service!

    UPDATE 5/16- JACK LIED AND NEVER CREDITED US BACK! UPDATE 5/15- Jack never had the GM call. My wife called for 30 minutes before someone finally picked up. They told her that the GM wasn't in and she asked them to call him because at this point it's unprofessional. The guy literally said to her you are unprofessional, hung up on her and then my wife repeatedly called back privately and the guy kept picking up and hanging up the phone repeatedly. Then a woman picked up, she tried to explain her story, she told her they were busy and hung up on her too! What is wrong with your store that you can't handle a simple issue like this? Every person involved should be written up or terminated and you owe my wife an apology this is absolutely outrageous. We should be able to get this rectified and this is not appropriate. Jack, the manager sucks. He disrespected my wife and quite frankly I heard it and it was just unacceptable. My wife called very very politely (even though she had waited for Jack to pick up the phone for like 10 minutes) and explained that they had not changed out the fryer oil and both of our fries were overdone. He refused to refund both of the fries to my wife even though she offered to give him picture proof of them and said well one of them is part of a bundle. My wife asked him what does that have to do with anything when the quality of the food isn't what I paid for? She eventually had to hand the phone over to me where I explained that I'm a general manager and I know that the fryer oil was not changed out because we were there two days ago and the fries did not look like this and this is what they taste like when the fryer oil has not been changed out correctly. Then all of a sudden there was no problem at all and Jack could give us a refund. This guy just respected my wife and he has no business being a manager and I need capacity. He even tried to get my wife to come all the way back to Avon Lake to pick up new fries. My question is how are those going to be any different than the fries we already have because I know how busy that store was when I was there and there is no way that they were redoing fryer oil at this time of day. It's just not possible to redo fryer oil during the dinner rush... My wife even repeatedly told him that she expected a phone call from the general manager tomorrow and he tried to hang up with her before even taking down her phone number and she had to say aren't you going to take down my phone number so that the general manager can actually give me a call? You disrespect someone's wife you're going to get a bad Google review. Oh, and lastly the girl with the long brown hair chronically touches her hair, touches her face, touches her phone and then touches people's food in the front while packaging it. It's grossing on unsanitary.

    This used to be one if my fav locations among the others . Today i had a bad experience. The wings were awful and tasted bad looks like they fried it in bad oil or the oil was old (kind of in which u fry stuff all day) it leaves a bad taste.. .i even called to let them knw that the wings were bad and thy should probably look into changing tht oil. The manager who answered was not very helpful and i kind of found him rude .. well i used to loyal customer and loved their wings but after todays experience i dont think i will go to this location again. And yea they did ask the wings back but its my fault i cannot go at 9.45 at night to return them! Anyway i hope they improve their quality and take this feedback constructively

    Pretty disappointed with my take out order. I specifically indicated a pick up time of 8:40-8:50pm (they give a 10 minute window). When I arrived at 8.45pm I was expecting them to be just finishing or bagging it up. Nope she went into a hot box and pulled it out. They actually made my order as soon as I put the order in online (I saw the ticket time on the receipt when I picked up). My food sat in the "hot" box 15 minutes prior to the time it was supposed to be done. When she handed it to me the chicken parm sub was sloppily put together and cheese and sauce melted to the cardboard container so when I had to come home and reheat everything the cardboard was peeling off into my food. Also, the picture on the website of the chicken parm sub looks so much bigger than what was tossed in the box. Tater tots were room temp not hot at all. Dipping sauce for sandwich was missing. The only thing I didn't need to reheat or mess with was the salad. Why have the customer indicate a pick up time of you're not going to pay attention to it? Maybe try a different way to package this sandwich and use some hoagie paper wrap.
