  Came thru at 5:50 on the 28th of April… today… ordered a veggie wrap and got a turkey sub loaded with mustard. And I gave the clown a tip. Ridiculous I tell ya. I hope management sees this and addresses the big guy with glasses…. I’m 30 minutes away and am not coming back. Perhaps I’ll come by tomorrow and you can make it right.

  I've been ordering delivery Toasted County Club for a while now, and everytime so far it's been unbelievable. My sub has been so hot everytime. I absolutely love the delivery driver, Shelly. Highly recommend Jimmy John's.

  Ordered food at 11:18 on the app. I didn’t hear anything for an hour and no updates on the app. I called at 12:23 to see if my order was ready. Instantly the app updated to “ready”. I would have never known my food was ready. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Logistically this JJ is closer, but I guess I will start going to the one in Niles.WON’T BE BACK TO THIS ONE
