  I visited this location on 07/18/2026 and was disrespected and insulted by the manager that was working after seeing an employee eating with gloves on while making food. I have reached out to the Jimmy John's customer complaint line and was told they will email the owner and he will be in contact with me, as of today I haven't got a call or email.

  Picked up a order today and the young lady in the heart glasses acted as if I was bothering her by asking if my pick up order was ready

  I purchased a tuna sub from here the other day. The only thing I ate ended up at the emergency room from food sickness. I see someone else said something also a year ago. Never eating here again in my life

  Came thru at 5:50 on the 28th of April… today… ordered a veggie wrap and got a turkey sub loaded with mustard. And I gave the clown a tip. Ridiculous I tell ya. I hope management sees this and addresses the big guy with glasses…. I’m 30 minutes away and am not coming back. Perhaps I’ll come by tomorrow and you can make it right.
